My philosophy of life is based on long term investment, and the wisest investment is in people, in their beliefs, in their virtues, and in their character, in that these are the things that we will also have in eternity.
My passion is to assist in the maturing and perfecting of God’s servants in Romania, both in their personal lives and in the necessary skills of Christian service.
Vision:
Developing and maintaining a movement of training servant-leaders and disciple-makers in the context of the autonomous churches of Romania.
Need:
Romania’s autonomous churches are usually led by powerful leaders, charismatic leaders, who have a great need for powerful teams to stand with them and to help them administer and implement the vision and mission of local churches.
Solution:
A.Formation of a national team of BACI ministry coordinators.
B.Formation of a network of faithful people in the context of each federation of autonomous churches who will implement the formation of servant-leaders and disciple makers.
C.Continuation and development of “Timotei”, our school of theology and practical theology.
