Focusing Leaders

This is the most recent course which has been translated into Romanian. It is especially geared for pastors and church leaders, and provides them with an important resource for effective ministry.

This course is made up of 8 modules and is one of the most practical courses on pastoring available today. Several of the issues discussed are: a clear and focused understanding of one’s specific call to ministry; a biblical strategy based on your personal values for your life and ministry, and on the vision which God has given you for the church; the need for more equipped and focused workers; mentoring; leadership based on character; leading the Church to become more fruitful in evangelism.

Now in 2008 we are working with pastors who have been recommended by their regional leaders, with the hope that these men in positions of authority will utilize these materials in their ministries.
